If I had a list of the most important UFO videos this one would be in the top five.
The last part of the video is the most important. If you take the time to watch the
entire 48 minutes you will not only see who makes crop circles but how they are
made.

It would be a mistake to believe an etheric plane or world is not within
physical creation.
The main difference between “our” world and an etheric plane world is simply the
rate of vibration.
They are both considered physical or form worlds.
Notice these craft don’t seen to conform to our known laws of physics. If ETs and
their craft are
etheric in nature it would explain how they're able to operate beyond our known
laws of physics. The ability to just appear and disappear is just a matter of having
the ability to control the rate the craft and occupants vibrate.
If they want you to see them they simply lower their rate of vibration to within our
range of
vision. To disappear they increase their rate of vibration above our range of
vision. ( Into an etheric plane.)
Also consider in an etheric world they are not limited in their experience of
time and space or distance as we are.
Based on several decades of experience plus cross referencing my
experiences with others I believe before 2012 we will learn:
1. ETs are indeed etheric in nature.
2. We will also learn most planets and some moons within our own solar
system are teaming with life.
3. Adamski and fry as well as several other people who had experiences with
ETs through 1940s and 1950s were telling the truth when they said they
were encountering people who came from planets within our own solar
system.
4. Betty Hill’s “Star Map” will also be revised to show a map of
our own solar system.
5. The story of the Zetas will be seen as what it is, a fabrication by some who do not
want to see the changes that open contact will bring.
6. We will also learn they come to help us transcend into a higher state of
awareness which also increases our rate of vibration.
7. In the future when we have advanced to a benevolent state we will travel to
other planets and systems as they do. Until that time we are confined as
are all lesser evolved civilizations to our planet, allowing for unmanned
fights to expand awareness.

There is a second concept to consider.
Consider that each planet has a governing body. It would be more accurate
to say they have a group of individuals who are the most benevolent and
most evolved among the population who provide guidance derived through
experience. Although they would be called a Hierarchy they would work
together in a democratic way. The most highly evolved individual among
this group would be considered their teacher and head of the Hierarchy.
Each planets Hierarchy is in contact with all the other planets Hierarchies.
The Earths Hierarchy is composed of several individuals who incarnated
through out our history to introduce, cultivate and stimulate the development
of the arts, science, literature, philosophy, governing, economics, education
and spiritual concepts. All of these systems have severed their purpose
over the last 2000 years.
It maybe of interest to note that a large number of our population are aware
of the Mayan calendar and the year 2012. Very few are aware it also points
to the year 1987 as the beginning of changes we are experiencing within
these systems that will culminate in the year 2012.
In 1987 the head of our Hierarchy announced what he called the turning of
the wheel.
The term implies we will see each of these systems change from the lower
to the higher. That which has been corrupted and/or misused will collapse
and be replaced by a newer system.
As with ETs and UFOs each of these systems comprises a piece of a
larger picture. Those who are focused mainly on ETs and UFOs may take
heart in hearing in early 2007 the head of our Hierarchy gave a directive for
ETs to begin to increase their level of activity until it reaches a point where
their reality can not be denied.
In summary to understand ETs and UFOs understand the concept of ether
and etheric matter. To understand who on this planet is really in charge,
